This is something me and the boyfriend have been working on. Our friend Yannick helped us out. We bound it together, the paper, boards, and everything. We've been working on it for two weeks, and the I can't contain the awesome any longer, so as soon as I figure out how, I'll post a picture of the book, the bookmarks, and the quill we put together. It's still building and developing, and we haven't written in it yet, but we've decided it'll all be in runes, and pretty pictures and all that. There'll probably be stones on the cover in the future, and something Yannick calls "dread falls": kind of like dread locks, but chains and wires and stuff. We have ribbons that we'll be tying stones and vials and woods to, and some chain situation, we're still working on that.

That is very nice!  Congratulations on putting your book together.  It's clear just from even the fuzzy pictures that a lot of your energy and love went into its creation.  I hope you are able to begin filling its pages soon!

Wow! I mean, it's gorgeous, and looks like such a big project. Is it just a creative experiment, or did you intend it to be your communal "Book of Shadows" type thing. I love the bookmarks! They look like favours I used to make for the Ren Faire. The colors are even in my favorite range (green/blue/purple). Smiley I'm so impressed!

Yannick's is the same size but covered in black leather and with silver cornerpieces
