This I know for certain, people are sheep. They believe what is shoved down their throats. I was methodist then southern baptist then free chatolic or chatholic lite as my mom calls it lol. They all had good point but at the same time there was that forceful undertone that bothered me. "If you do not believe in god, you will go to HELL". I can say I had enough of the" baaaa aaaaing" and being told of what was right and wrong. I do not believe in being told what I should believe in. Now I think what christianity has done is take the fear point of view to make people do what they want them to do. But mind you not all are like that. Just the really corrupt are and until something is done (which will take a long time) about the corrupt people will believe what they want to. I didn't find my pagan path til I was about 27. I felt like a little kid again, learning something that I already knew. I opened my mind and read about it and listened to others. This what all need to do, not choose paganism but open their minds. Til that happens well the hatred will always be there.

I am what I see, I see what I am. I feel what I hold, I hold what I feel. These hopes and dreams held by all can and will always be in our souls and our minds.
I do have face book....ask if you would like to add

Wow! This was certainly worth reading.
When I was in college -long ago and somewhat far away- I took all the religion courses possible in an effort to find my self. I found they ALL synthesize into what is known as
the golden rule
. I added "Do the right thing" to my personal philosophy and I was happy. I agree that folk lash out at what they do not understand/feel threatened by and once one comes to that realization, the negativity is just something to note and not be drawn into. Peace be with us all.
